In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to address any concerns you may have prior to your next visit and assure you that we are following required guidelines to ensure the safest possible working environment for all who enter the salon. As you are aware, state and local officials have set forth new requirements and we want to let you know that our salon is reopening in accordance with new safety standards. The safety of our staff and our clients is essential to us. If you have any of the following symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment… cold or flu like symptoms, fever, runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, fatigue, chills, or difficulty breathing.

We have implemented and adhere to the on-going practice of strict sanitation and cleanliness procedures to ensure the good health and safety of all salon personnel, clients and visitors. We want to reassure you that we have performed the following cleaning, sanitation and distancing procedures and continue to do so daily:

-Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements.

-Laundered and/or disinfected all capes, towels and linens.

-Removed any non-essential items throughout our business such as a waiting area, magazines, candy bowls, water/tea/coffee.

-Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment will be used while you receive your service. Clients are also required to wear a mask upon entering the salon and during your service. For hair services, please wear a mask that loops behind your ears, and not around your head.

-Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hygiene practices and we are all Barbicide and Barbicide Covid-19 Certified.

-Implemented a Covid-19 policy and procedure.

-Reconfigured our salon to meet social distancing requirements and we have partition walls between each station.

-Discontinued the practice of hand shaking, hugging and other non-essential contact.

 New Operating Standards/Requirements:

CHECKING IN: Upon arriving to your appointment, please notify us from the front door that you have arrived. Then fill out the 3 question intake form on the table outside our front door. If your station is not available yet, we ask that you remain in your car or wait outside until we notify you via phone call or text message that your designated area is ready, clean, and disinfected. We are working with our clients on a 1:1 ratio.

HAND WASHING: Hand washing will be required upon entering the salon. 

FEELING ILL: Upon arrival we reserve the right to take your temperature before entering the salon. If you're experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough or sore throat etc, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you’re feeling well.

FACE MASKS: Face masks are required for all staff and clients. All masks must be fitted with ear loops as they must be worn during all services. No bandanas or cloth coverings tied behind the head will be allowed. If you have forgotten your mask, we have masks available for purchase if available.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: For the foreseeable future, we will not be able to have a waiting area, or be able to offer beverages, snacks or reading material. Please bring your own water.

LIMITED GUEST: Due to the 1:1 ratio, only the client is permitted in the salon unless the client is a minor and then the minor may be accompanied by 1 adult.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Please limit the items you carry into the salon to your wallet, phone and keys.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: 6 feet social distancing is required at all times when not receiving your service. It goes without saying that we have missed you! But for the time being we cannot hug or shake hands. Please know that we are overjoyed to have you back!

SERVICES NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME: Due to the temporary Safety Guidelines and Public Emergency Rules amended May 13, 2020 set by the Mayor of the county of Maui, we will temporarily not be able to offer the following service. Blow drying services, all waxing services, facials, lash extensions, beard and eyebrow trims, makeup application, and massage. We apologize in advance, but we will not be able to blow dry your hair after a haircut or color service.

Rest assured, we look forward to welcoming you back to an environment where you can enjoy your services with a greater peace of mind. We know these are unusual times but they are temporary. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We schedule appointments according to our stylist’s availability and specialty.
If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service.
Please notify us within 24 hours to change or cancel any appointment to avoid being charged a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% service fee.
Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and cash gratuity is greatly appreciated.
